Broward County has a population of approximately 1.9 million people.  

When you call Broward County home, you will enjoy a wide variety of parks, over 23 miles of sandy beaches, trails, and other recreational activities,  There are over 100 beautiful, well-maintained parks in Broward County.  Nature lovers will also be in awe of the Everglades, a gorgeous 1.5-million-acre wetland with a wide variety of wildlife, and one of the most popular areas for residents to explore. Beaches run up and down A1A from Hallandale to Deerfield.

There are museums, shopping centers, boardwalks, and world-renowned restaurants throughout the county.  There really is something fun for everyone.

With a diverse offering of sights and sounds, beautiful weather, and a stunning array of real estate– it’s no surprise to anyone that several cities in Broward County have been named among the best places to live in the state of Florida.  Among the most family friendly are Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Cooper City, Davie, Coral Springs and Park

Miami-Dade has a population of approximately 2.7 million people.

This tropical destination has a multitude of blended cultures and possesses a unique dynamic vibe that beckons tourists and easily converts them to future residents. 

In addtion to the coastline of beaches that stretch from South Beach to Sunny Isles, the county also includes portions of two national parks; the Everglades National Park which is populated only by a Miccosukee tribal village, and Biscayne National Park.

Alhtough the county is named after it's most popular city, nearby smaller cities often get labeled as Miami including Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay and others. They are within minutes of one another but are indeed distinct cities. 

However, anywhere you go in the area you are sure to enjoy stunning beaches, year-round warm temperatures, incredible outdoor living, a burgeoning food scene and countless other attractions.

Palm Beach County has a population of approximately 1.5 million people.

Palm Beach County’s 47 miles of beaches from Boca Raton to Jupiter give access to coastal waters scattered with natural coral formations that are part of the only living barrier coral reef in the continental United States and the third largest in the world. 

In addition to beaches and golf courses, Palm Beach County has 104 parks covering over  8,500 acres of land.  These parks offer so many recreational activities, there is sure to be something for everyone in the family!

Palm Beach also has its share of history with the Jupiter lighthouse and the Flagler House museum.  The metropolitan areas of downtown Palm Beach county offer museums, shopping, and a multitude of fine dining.

Where you will find the eastern portion of the county will have its share of condos and luxury homes, the cities due west, such as Wellington, Lake Worth, Royal Palm Beach and Loxahatchee due west also offer larger lots with room to spread out.
